Offered here is a Damascus steel blade for an Imperial, Weimar or WWII era German naval officer's dagger. Complete with the scabbard lock spring. I think this Damascus pattern may be called "Peacock" but I'm not sure. If you have the wartime Eickhorn catalog, this is very similar to Eickhorn's pattern # 421. The overall condition is excellent, but there are a few very minor dark spots, mostly towards the tip. I think you can see these in the images provided This blade came to us with a number of dagger parts and accessories, some of which can be seen on our other auctions.
